WHO WE ARE

About Us

Crosspool Football Club started in 1975 and has grown over the years to over 25+ teams across boys and girls teams. We are based in S10 and S6 postcodes in Sheffield and offer grassroots football within a community setting and have two core sites.

We are affiliated to the Sheffield & Hallamshire County Football Association and strive to provide a fun, safe and inclusive environment for all our grassroots teams. Our club is run entirely by volunteer committee members, coaches, and helpers, without whom the competitive kicking of a football would simply not be possible!

A COMMUNITY CLUB

We are a not for profit community organisation and funded through a player subscription model and any grants and sponsors that our volunteers can help raise during the year. All the money raised is used to operate the club safely and responsibly and to sustain and develop the club’s pitches and facilities.

We strive to provide football for all in a safe, fun and positive environment and we maintain policies and procedures in place to be able to facilitate this.

Our team managers / coaches have a minimum Online FA Introduction to Coaching Football qualification
Our team managers / coaches have completed the necessary Safeguarding Qualifications and renew this regularly
We are an Accredited 2 Star Club through England Football.
