Our Ethos

At Crosspool FC we measure our success not by the number of trophies the teams may or may not win each year, but by the quality of the relationships and friendships built by the players in their teams, and across our wider communities that we serve. Of course, we hope that our players will improve their technical football abilities, but most of all we recognise that we are supporting our young players to develop great values and skills for life and for later employment - like trustworthiness, teamwork, communication, self-confidence and resilience.
